Director and Co-founder

James Mansaray

I have been involved in the charity fundraising industry since 2003. My experience has allowed me to raise thousands of pounds for high-profile charities such as Amnesty International, the British Red Cross, Save the Children, Prostate Cancer, World Vision and the list goes on. During my time in the fundraising industry, I have developed from fundraiser to team leader. Team Leader to Manager and now Company Director. This upward trajectory has allowed me to build and develop our own fundraising agency utilising fundraising talent to acquire new long-term donors to our various charity clients. Running a fundraising agency has presented its own challenges but one I have fully embraced. Having direct involvement in raising money for our charity clients and dealing with other agency partners and understanding performance metrics has only added to my growing skill set.

From 2014 to now, I helped set up an international charity with my wife supporting former child soldiers and victims of war. We provide mental health support and community cohesion programs with the aim of healing those broken communities. In addition, I have also set up a Community Interest Company in London supporting Homeless Veterans. I have won achievement awards for quality donor engagement, fundraising excellence and team building.

In the recent iteration of my life's journey, I have become a Transformational Coach working in the Realm of Purpose. My role is to work with individuals through the medium of conversation to realise their life's purpose. As Bishop TD Jakes once said, ' if you cant figure out your purpose, figure out your passion, for your passion will lead you right into your purpose. Utilising the technics of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming, we discover what blocks or barriers are placed in your life that is stopping you from living the true life you wish for yourself and those around you

What I stand for is people having access to their PURPOSE in order to live the lives they want for themselves and those around them.
